Not set up yet
No device has been set up, so there's nothing to log in with or approve from. The first device needs a one-time setup link: run claude-web bootstrap on the server (or ask Claude for one) and open it on your phone.
Access is locked
Someone hit “Lock everything”. Unlock from the server with claude-web unlock.
